Since our items are made of glass, breakages can happen despite our best efforts to securely pack each box. Unfortunately, carriers may handle packages roughly during transit.
If you receive a shipment where some bottles have broken, please email us at support@beluxpackaging.com with the following:
• Photos of the damaged bottles.
• Photos of the box and packaging materials.
Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and provide a resolution. This may include either a partial refund for the damaged bottles or including replacements with a future order. We do not offer full refunds or covered shipping returns for entire orders in cases of partial breakages.
As a friendly reminder, we recommend sanitizing all bottles before use. We do have a detailed blog post with recommendations on how to sanitize the bottles.
