Orders

We do not. Our mission is to supply small businesses with the skincare packaging they to place their products in and we want to be here for you no matter what size your business is. 

We do not sell pallets of a product at this time but stay tuned!

Absolutely! Each business is limited to 2 free samples. Just click here to fill in the sample form.

Please note that a $5 shipping fee applies to samples.

Our order handling time is 1-2 business days. 

When ordering from Belux Packaging, you will be responsible for any custom and duty charges that may occur. 

Belux Packaging is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, we do offer Route shipping insurance which will cover any lost/stolen packages for a small fee. 

Route will need to be added during checkout.

Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Interac E-Transfers, wire transfers and cash upon delivery. 

Refund times vary depending on your financial institution but on average it takes 1-5 business days. 

Products

We’ve included the materials the products are made from under the product description of each item. 

We are not at this time, but we are working on it! 

Returns

Thanks for your purchase! We want you to be happy with your order but if you’re not please contact us and we’ll assist you with returning the products for a refund. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the package and all products must be unused in their original packaging.

To return your items, please contact us at support@beluxpackaging.com with your order number and we’ll begin the return process.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use a trackable method to return the packages.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@beluxpackaging.com for further assistance. 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept any returns on used or opened packages. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

We do not refund shipping charges.  

Shipping

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days of placing the order. Once your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Please note that with Interac E-Transfers and wire transfers, orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after the payment has been received. 

Totally! Once your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. 

Please note that certain international shipping methods will not have tracking numbers.

At this time we do not offer local pick ups but stay tuned!  

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that you will be responsible for any custom and duty charges.  

The orders will ship from Toronto, Canada. 

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and shipping may take the following time:

 

Canada: 1 - 7 business days

USA: 1-10 business days

International: 3-20 business days.

 

We do have multiple shipping options and express shipping is available as well. Additional timing information on shipping will be available during the shipping confirmation page.

There is a minimum order requirement of $550CAD for free shipping. 

Please note that free shipping only applies to the order if the shipping fee is $150CAD or less, orders with higher shipping fees will require the buyer to pay any shipping fees over the $150CAD covered amount.
